Sony rai filed complaint against Make My Trip on Mar 7, 2019
On dated *th March ****, we booked an online ticket for *th march heading from Bagdogra to Delhi of amount rupees thirty thousand eight hundred from MakeMyTrip official application. We waited for the confirmation but there was no sign instead it showed us pending confirmation. Soon after a min, we received a message from the bank that our money has been deducted. Still, there was no sign of any confirmation. We tried calling official customer care number of make my trip saying they were from MakeMyTrip and later found that it was scam call making a fake name and later again rupees of **** was deducted. I personally tried to message official page from facebook but showed no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
