IndusInd Bank - No refund initiated against the raised chargeback

A wrong transaction amounting Rs. ***** was made was made from my SBI account through Phonepe app on **.**.****. A complaint was raised in SBI for the same. SBI took action against the same and raised a chargeback against IndusInd bank (beneficiary bank). Th bank was supposed to give reply within ** days of the raised complaint. Till date total * months have passed, but no action has been taken by the beneficiary bank. Requesting for looking into this matter.
