I have done recharge for * month package in hathway on July and the same month end I shifted to another place. My neighborhood has hathway connection but when i given the transfer they told me . The hathway service is not available. There is an office in the next street too. When i contacted the customer care. They are not ready to do any refund. I am not confused with how they are providing service. I need refund or service. I am a happy customer till now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
