undefined - No refund given

I have purchased a service of launching on nykaa seller portal from Bridge*business company on ** may ****

i Have purchased it for Rs ***** .
It was guranteed that i will get launched on nykaa within * months of time and if they failed to launch me on nykaa they would refund me complete amount .
They have only paid me ***** , they say that **** was deducted for
Invitation but it was not mentioned in the agreement that any such money would be deducted if they failed to provide the service.
They have taken so much time of mine and even provided me so much stress for payments. Their employee Fauzia hussain use to call me atleast ** to ** times for payments continously.
