Mobiclues.com - No refund from the company

My Mobiclues order no. is #****. I ordered realme* pro red * GB ** GB mobile on ** Mar **** which has been cancelled on *st April **** by Mobiclues company itself claiming that they started own courier service Mobikart. But they are currently not delivering to my area. So they promised to refund the amount **** Rs till **th April **** then asked me to rebuy the same product I agreed too for that but the amount was not refunded yet. Please take necessary steps to refund my amount at the earliest.
