Hi Legal India,
We have initiated complaint against you in consumer forum as such you are not replying on my mail about the refund status
and hold the money for which no services performed.
I have already received call from your side and already told that I do not required your services anymore.
Request you to please payback us our money paid online as do not required your services and the services have never been started.
As confirmed by our bank the money has been credited in account for which we want to take your legal services against Yatra.com.
We have paid you as such we want to recover money from yatra.com around INR ****.
-- The amount has been paid to you INR *** as to get our money back holded by yatra.com
-- The Lawyer from your side has never contacted us to get full information about the case.
It is totally not our fault as such yatra.com has taken our money and not replied on mail. Suddenly we received call from yatra. com that they are returning back our money due to pressure of Cyber police. And we have taken back our complaint.
Bank details have been attached for Refund.
