I have registered my case with legal service site for more than **days ago and they ask me to make an advance payment of Rs.****.. their customer care people said that they will resolve simple consumer complain cases in **-** days.. but its more than ** days and they have even not served the notice at correct address of the defaulting party. When I asked them to return my money as I don't wanted to continue with their service they simply said we don't have the rights please send email to out email ID. Now my money stick with them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
