Nuego Bus - No refund even after no traval

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking with Nuego bus service.

I reached the pickup point on time as per the schedule mentioned in the ticket. However, no one from the Nuego team contacted me during the pickup time. I waited at the pickup location, but the bus did not stop and I did not receive any call or message from the driver or support team.

Additionally, it was never mentioned in the ticket or booking details that a van would drop passengers halfway instead of a direct bus journey. This lack of clear information caused significant inconvenience and confusion.

I also tried contacting customer care for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper support or resolution from the team. Even after raising the issue, I have not received any proper response from the grievance team either.

This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who reached the pickup point on time, I expect proper communication and service from your team.

I request you to kindly investigate this matter and provide a proper explanation along with an appropriate resolution or refund.
