Sumit filed complaint against Nuego Bus on Jun 29, 2024
I booked neugo bus from Delhi to jaipur on **/**/** from *.** at kashimiri gate.
The price of my ticket is *** and I have some extra lagguage for which they charge more then my ticket price which is completely arbitrary.
The bus driver took the money his personal account rather then the company and on demand of receipt they didn't give me nothing, how can nuego left the decision of lagguage on the driver of other without any transparency.
They should make norms regarding this this is completely arbitrary decision.

As long as I remember the Nuego is booked online or offline stores but when the few seats are remained unoccupied, then the conductor can not ask anyone on the bus stop for jaipur is not suitable there is a process which should follow this not private some *rd grade bus service, but it's employees make it.
The conductor of the bus plays music in the bus this is completely nuisance, I'm trying to sleep but can't becoz of his shit songs.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
