Bought a phone from Aliexpress, the phone was faulty, so I returned the phone and provided the tracking, but received no refund. the appeal also released the money to the seller despite of evidence the phone was returned and reached China.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
