Air asia - No refund and was ot able to board on flight

Because of *hour delay by gofirst flight i was not able to board on air asia. I was there at gate,
* minutes before the flight take off, even i have informed at the baggage check in of air asia to contact the flight and provide some help from their side ** minutes before the flight take off, but they denied to help. This was poorest customer service i have received .after the flight number: I* *** , i have contacted the flight service group but they also denied the entry.
