Geetika Gandhi filed complaint against Meesho on Oct 19, 2022
I bought a kurti set from on **.**.** which I received on **.**.** and on the next day **.**.** I returned the product because of quality and defect.
As per the policy the customer gets the refund in * -* working days. But its being ** working days and i did not received the refund yet.
I already called in customer care on **.**.** and one madam told me that i will received the refund on **.**.** but not got.
Then I again called today but no proper response from meesho side. One person told me that he has sent a mail to me on which I have to send my account statement. Even no mail from them. I again called and they disconnect without response.
Why do I Share my statement.. ?they also will be having the details whether to refunded the money or not.
It's my worst experience with meesho.
Other online companies refund on the tentative date.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible
