I had ordered dress from the shivli india(shades_with_shivil) instagram seller and paid an amount ****/- to this number +** ********** on Nov **th ****- via paytm(screenshot attached). my product delivery date is **th december. I have sent message to her . she is reading all my msg...but she is not replying and not ready to refund also.
I tried with my sister mobile and try to order one more product.she is responding immediately and taking order..if i sent message from my mobile , she is not picking my call and not replying message.
