I had ordered a dress from the mentioned instagram seller: Shivli India and paid amount of ****/- via paytm onn Nov
**th **** (screenshot attached)and her name megha pandey. My order delivery date **th december. But still didn't send my product and she(megha pandey) is not replying my msg and she is not returning my money also.she read all my msg and call but she is not replying and refund amount.
