I had worst movers and packers experience with Nobrokers recently in Bengaluru. I had booked it twice and sharing my experiences below-
First Booking- I had booked for a * BHK light vehicle (** ft vehicle) and confirmed the same on call but the concerned person from Nobrokers booked a *BHK heavy vehicle (** ft vehicle) for me. I paid Rs *,*** for this as token amount. I had to cancel and rebook because of this. I had cancelled the booking weeks back but still haven't received my refund yet even after multiple calls. I talked to their customer care and my RM but they couldn't find my booking details.
Second booking- The team reached my place * hours after the scheduled time. I had booked a ** ft vehicle but they brought a * ft vehicle. They didn't even pack the stuffs properly leading to damage to my multiple goods. I have never seen such poor electronics packaging. They just used a single layer of bubble wrap which was torn at places. The bubble wrap got finished in between so I had to provide my blankets for TV wrapping. Worst of all, I tried multiple times to reach my RM during the service but no one picked up. Now I am trying to file the insurance claim as I had taken the secured package but the claim link on their website is not working.
I need my refund as well as claim for my damaged goods.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
