On *nd SEP **** i booked airtel Xstream fiber which was done by airtel booking agent on the same day i paid Rs **** which was mandatory before the connection . On the next day (* SEP ****) the technician came to install the airtel Xstream fiber but due to some issue he cancelled the connection saying the refund will be given to me within * to ** days. after * , * days i received the message about cancellation and then a call from the airtel executive she said me that the refund amount Rs **** will be refunded to me on the bank account from which i have paid
now it's been more than ** days and i haven't received any refund
