* SEP **** i booked airtel xtreme fibre which was done by airtel booking executive(PS:- The booking executive ensured me that the fibre connection will be done ***% and then he was gone) on the same day i paid the amount of ₹**** (PS:- which was mandatory before connection) via UPI to bharti airtel limited then the technician came and said to me that the connection is not possible. And he cancelled my order. Later on *th or *th SEP **** i got a call from airtel executive confirming me for cancellation and he told me that the REFUND amount i.e ₹**** will be processed on your account with * - ** working days now it's been more than ** days i tried calling the customer service they asked me to mail the details i mailed the details and tried everything still i haven't got my refund amount up untill now.
Please help me get my money back.
