I placed an order on thecraze.in on **st March **** for INR **** (Order ID: CRIN*****).
Due to delayed delivery, I requested cancellation more than ** days ago. However, the company has neither cancelled my order nor issued any refund. They have also stopped responding to my emails despite multiple follow-ups.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as my money is being held without delivering the product or processing the refund.
I have already sent a final notice email and raised a UPI dispute via Paytm, but no resolution has been provided.
I request immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of INR ****.
