Byju s - No refund after cancellation

Hi,

We were tricked by byjus on buying the * year subscription for my kid as they mentioned you can cancel the subscription within ** days without any questions asked. Thinking of the trial period I paid rupees **,*** on **rd Sep ****.
Within a day I called them and asked to cancel the subscription and not to send the kit. But they said as per the policy, the kit has to be received and then they can initiate the cancellation. So I waited for the kit and raised for cancellation immediately the day i received.
They hesitated at the beginning with too many questions from multiple people. It was a pain to answer everyone the same story. Some even asked for medical certificate of the kid as proof. Finally with lot of fight, they took the cancellation request and asked to send the kit back and refund will be initiated after receiving their kit(the kit had to be couriered with our own money and time).
After a day they confirmed over email that they received the kit and amount refund will be initiated.
They confirmed over call and email that it will take ** to ** working days to refund the money. This was on **th Oct ****.
Now after ** working days, there is no update or money or response on emails.
Even after calling customer care multiple times and also raising on twitter .
They have also blocked our registered numbers, so we need to call from a different number to reach their support who is of no help. Listen to the same scripts saying sorry and will get a callback in **-** hours which never happens.
So now I am reaching out to u guys hoping for a resolution and to end this fraud/scam done by byjus.
I am aware now that these companies are cheating customers across India. Shame on such companies and their founders.
