I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of proper response to my refund request for the cancellation of my car booking receipt number - REC********.
I had canceled my booking on Dec **** and was assured that the refund process would be initiated within ** Days. However, despite multiple follow-ups via calls, I have not received a satisfactory response or any confirmation regarding the refund status.
This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience, and I urge you to expedite the refund process at the earliest. Kindly provide me with a clear update on the status of my refund, along with the expected timeline for the amount to be credited to my account.
I request you to treat this matter as a priority and respond at the earliest. If no resolution is provided, I may have to escalate the issue further.
