Pratham Motors Private Limited - Cheated by Pratham Motors

I booked a car , Alto K** VXI with pratham motors on Dec ** **** . Once the deal was finalized for a *** amount and agreed to be delivered after * days , the same day when I booked my car I got a call from their service person named srivastha that maruti suzuki has stopped manufacturing alto K** VXI BS* engine . I was told that only Alto K** VXI BS* engine is getting manufactured and so there is no option for the BS* variant I booked .
On the day of delivery , they charged me **,*** Rs for the BS* variant and upon my enquiry that nowhere its is mentioned as Bs* , the sales guy told that it will only be mentioned in the RC card ( NOTE: he didnt even know that RC card doesnot have engine name written. That is the quality of the sales person and his knowledge) .
After the delivery on the same day , I called up maruti suzuki helpline no and enquired about the BS*/BS* variants . I was told that there is no BS* variant getting manufactured yet by maruti suzuki and only alto k** BS* exists .
I called the sales person the next day of delivery and he was not responding to my call for * days ( sometimes he would say he is in meeting or would disconnect my call ) .I didn't have any option but to visit the center and enquire the same .Finally they agreed that they made a mistake as the sales person didn't have proper knowledge and i got BS* variant only delivered . I was given the justification that safety measures of BS* engine was given in my car which I never asked for .
I have asked for a refund of the additional amount and they agreed to do the same but they dont respond to my calls anytime and are just running away .( i am attaching the sales person conversation about BS* variant model which does-not even exist in maruti suzuki alto K**)
