Aakash byjus - No proper response from mentor and need technical support

I am a aakash byjus student preparing for JEE. i have started my preparation from july month. For the first one week i have been attending in * ** batch but somehow it was changed to * ** batch. Because of it i could not attend my classes. I have tried speaking to my mentor several times but she said i will make this done as soon as possible but till now (nearly ** days) she did not solve my problem. I also need technical support from them because i could not attend the worksheets after the classes. because of it i could not study properly. Now i could feel that its not worth for money .Please make this done as soon as possible. I need to attend my classes and worksheets properly within * days.
