Agoada India - No prior information about Covid Guildelines while booking hence lost money

I made my bookings for Sinclairs Resort Chalsa on for
one night stay from **st July,** to **nd July,**.
While booking I never received any intimation or mail regarding Covid
guidelines wherein I'm supposed to take double dosage of Covid vaccine. I
wasn't aware about the same. Hence, I made the booking and paid for it
through my debit card.
When I reached the hotel on the booking dates I wasn't allowed to enter the
hotel as I had not taken double dosage of vaccine. I had already done the
payment for the same so I requested to kindly refund the amount that I paid in my bank
account. I was left unattended and then held responsible for the same by the Agoda customer care team. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that double dosage of vaccine is required for the stay and I was accused of not reading the terms and conditions while booking. This kind of service is highly unacceptable.
