Put * ads to sell items on Quirk, their Agent called to take premium service (to show Preferred seller tag) on the item. After taking their service, not even a single lead contacted. Multiple follow ups with Quikr yielded no result. Complaint escalated to their Grieviance Officer and even their CEO Mr. Pranay Chulet, but still not response. Neither they are giving service nor providing refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
