Thirunavukarasu filed complaint against Quikr India on Jan 27, 2024
One customer executive named Mr Melwin from quikr India contacted me after seeing my free ads in OLX and assured me to float ads in quikr under the premium ads (chargeable) and demanded rupees **** and *** for giving ads in quikr to sell used furniture and electronic items respectively.
He sent a link for payment and I paid rupees **** in total to quikr through online payment. But to the dismay he told some technical reasons for not able to stream my ads immediately and further he wasn't able to contacted later. I have sent WhatsApp msgs to him to update what happened to my premium ads and the fee I paid. Still no reply is received from their end.
Kindly take necessary action against the concerned firm and the official involved in this negligence.
