I have bought the connection on March **** via online booking, first they said they will be providing connection in June and kept on delaying and finally did the installation on August ****. Many a times the channel got freezed, then promised a complete year of HD connection which got removed from Dec itself stating it was due to new TRIA rules and den Dey keep on moving some or other channel as well some time Sony package sometime Star pack and recently they moved the Zee pack. After * rain thier setup box stopped working. And no customer care no. Is ever answered.
Worst service, even now while typing this I am still trying to connect to customer care and yet no answer.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
