I have been trying to contact my manager Sagar from SimpliLearn regarding a change in my course. I still have ** weeks left of the course and wanted to check if I can change it but even after constant calls which he doesn't pick up and whatsapp messages to which he does not respond to I dont know what to do or who to contact. This is utterly unprofessional behaviour and I dont understand what is the point of having a manager if he can't be contacted. Sagar - **********. That is his number. Please let me know how to proceed
