Nivi Gandhi filed complaint against Jio mart on Aug 5, 2020
On **th July I have made an order number *****************M for Rs. **** with an expected date of delivery **th July. The partial order processed with refund of Rs
*** for items which were not available. The delivery of order was postponed twice and soon on **.*.**** the status changed to delivered.
However no delivery was made.
There was no option to cancel the order as according to them order was delivered.
As per past experience and their guidelines they share otp which supposed to share with delivery boy after taking the delivery. In current scenario no otp was received.
I made * emails, * customer care calls. It's been a ** days now, but no refund received. Also their watsapp number, their all email accounts are on robo mode. Complaint numbers are **********, **********.
I am very harassed by them. I need refund of rupees ****.** as I didn't received any order from them. It is such a worst service they have.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
