Dileeo filed complaint against Yolo Bus on Apr 24, 2024
My boarding point was at Marathahalli multiplex at **:** PM on **th April.
I have been waiting at boarding point from **:** PM and no call received from Yolobus driver to board bus. However tracking was not working on that too and it was hard to track from my side. When I called customer care at **:** Appx for the tracking and bus location, they asked to call driver then I called driver, he was saying bus has already cross the boarding.
I was insanely waiting at the boarding point for the bus.
Also from then I have been customer support that was not at all connecting and looks that’s a useless option which was given to customers for name sake
I need to highlight this behaviour and I am expecting an explanation for the Yolobus team.
