Jio communication - No network coverage in my house

Dear Sir
At my new location I have been facing no network coverage inside house. Earlier i had made complaint to the service provider jio. Complaint no. MR****ZLNOZ*. Later I was issued Service Request no. SR******RGMS on */**/****. Pdf attached. Time period of ** days was fixed for it's resolution. ** days are over. But nothing happened same problem is faced by me. I am not satisfied by their resolution.
No action was taken by them, I am still distressed by no network coverage. For the name sake they have closed the complaint. Please help me to resolve the issue. It is chilling cold outside here in kashmir and signal strength is good outside. I can't go out again and again to use my phone.

H no ***, khanday manzil, opp daily bakes, batpura, near govt middle school mattan Anantnag Jammu and Kashmir ******
This location is not remote place, it is town. One side of town have good jio coverage but other side there is network problem. Earlier there have been many complaints made from this location but none resolved. I don't understand just outside signal is excellent but there is zero coverage inside room.
Kindly resolve the issue.
