My name is Rekha,my registred mobile number is **********, my internet not working ** days and I made a complaint with customer care and they are telling me that my Complaint is in processing and I wait * days my problem not solve and nobody come to my house for repairing the net, so today I asked my nextra dealer they told me nextra WiFi router not working they told me go to service centre, I also went to the service center but the service center was closed while this work was of nextra because I had this router from nextra and I not purchase any router nextra give me their own WiFi router ,why? I go to repair the router ,He had given this job to him but he sent me, I even asked to cut the connection with him, where he did not even cut the connection, my recharge was also wasted and the customer care did not pick up my phone.They put my phone on hold and please give my recharge money back and closed my connection.
