I have complained to jio customer care so many about the issue I am facing. They keep on telling that it's a temporary issue and will be solved in * to * hours. But this never happens because it's not a temporary but permanent issue.
I can't attend classes because of this and am lacking behind in my studies and career. These fraudulent people take money from small town people like me and provide services to people in big cities. I want my internet to be stable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
