Homenet - No internet in rains and worst cuatomer service

There has been ongoing internet issues since past * years .every year during rains there is no internet most times and even after repeated complaints there has been nothing done by the isp to take care of it.when demanded they do not have any nodal officer number and they dont even know its mandate for a company to have one.tired of this isp but they have monopoly in my area and thats the only option.
