Homenet - I want to file a complaint against my internet provider Homenet

Home net doesn't work at all .It connect and disconnect .the customer service is zero as they donot pick up the phones.Your internet never works during rainy season. I have been hearing the same reason again and agy. But you guys couldn't still manage to fix this issue. Every time we call the customer care, we are assured that the issue will be fixed "today". But alas this today never comes. I would really not recommend anyone to use.HOMENET is the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER .kindly help as they are not picking the call or switch off the phone whenever wifi shutdown.In week , *-* days wifi not working and I & my friend of my society already paid of annual amount to them and now they are not ready to refund back also so we said them we don't want refund but atleast give us service as Work from home is going so we have calls , meeting, children's classes etc but after so much they are not ready to provide service.
