Krishnakumar filed complaint against Hathway Broadband Internet on Apr 4, 2019
My internet stop working from *rd of March and I have raised the complaint next day. On *th some people came and did the cabling work and the person told me "this ticket is for today so they need to close it today itself" but nothing happened other than cabling. After so many days follow-ups on **th they came with the new modem and they said it will work after one hour (still its not working) as usual the next day again I contacted customer care then they told me to make the payment of march month which I not used (without modem how can I use data).
The same time I used to receive emails regarding payments and I used to reply to all of them telling the issue is not yet solved. On April *rd when I decided not to continue Hathway anymore I got a call from them and told there is an offer for me Rs *** validity one month + ** days. He told me to leave all that when I tried to tell about the march month experiences and he told me it will get activate after *-* hours. But on *th morning also its not activated and I called again to customer care the person said still there is some pending amount is to pay after that only it will get activate it seems, then I asked about the "offer" he doesn't have any idea about it and he said some other person will contact me within ** hours. But there is no reason to trust these people now.
I am using Hathway for * years. I had bad experiences before also but this was horrible. I never received any information regarding replacement of modem. I was contacting all the times no professional approach, no proper updates, no value for money /time, the people are behaving like they are giving something free.
