Excitel fiber - NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY MORE THEN A WEEK

Excitel worst internet service provider. It's been more than a week that my internet is not working and everyone in customer service team is just sleeping. Nobody is able to provide the resolution to me. I have even paid money for extra * months. They told me that they don't have refund policy.
