I ordered for Independent TV on **.**.**** and paid the amount in full. I was informed that the connection will be installed within ** working days but till date it has not been installed. I called several times to customer care on ****-***-**** and asked for a supervisor but to my utter surprise I was always denied for that giving stupid reasons that supervisor is having lunch or have gone for a smoke break. Even the executives over there kept my call on hold for ** min or more and the disconnected the call. I have all the calls recorded with me. Need to file a legal case against the FRAUD company.
