Ethiopian Airlines - NO FOOD SERVED DESPITE CONFIRMATION

I (along with my family) had a very unpleasant experience with your Airline during my travel from Addis Ababa (ADD) to Johannesburg (JNB) as per the details given below –

I had made a special request for Veg. JAIN Meal for ALL the passengers much before the commencement of journey. I had received an email confirming that my request for special meal has been accepted. However, I was shocked to learn that the Airlines CREW did not have any information about the special meal and NO meals were served to us (our request to serve Hindu Vegetarian Meal was also declined as they had run out of the Veg Meals). We were left to starve for the duration of the long flight (more than * hours) and I therefore claim a compensation for the same.
