Street Style Store - no exchange provided the product was wrong

i ordered a * piece skirt and top from street style store (herein after referred as SSS) first of all the delivery cam late, there wasn't even an autogenerated apology email for same. they have not provided their official email id anywhere to contact them. once i received the product, it cams small than the size was mentioned. the quality was horrible.i genrated a ticket for exchange. the sss policy says no questions asked, yet after wasting * days they cancelled my request, that too after raising ticket twice. i had to give them minimum ** calls, then Rajat received, after explaining him for ** minutes entire case he said he will initiate pick up and lodge complain regarding my case. he scammed me, nothing happened, i received no msg or email regarding same. they only have ** day return policy, very smartly they wasted my all days. when later in evening i called them, gaurav pick up call, when i was explaining him the case he hung up on me. poor customer service, no support, late delivery, wrong product, he hung up on me, no maid id provided, nobody is picking my call. total dissapointed.
