Titan - No Exchange

I had purchasing a Titan watch on **/**/**** for birthday gift to father but due to long distance reason it take some time to reach there address .when he got these Titan watche he were but he told me it's dia is bigger to my hand so I will exchange it . And he return to me my address again due to khrismas it's take time. Today I got it then I'm gone to mg road Titan (Sai agency) watch shop .I told him all the details .I told him I m not using it anyway so plz give me exchange these watch and when I purchase it that time I tell him I want exchange if dia is big that time he say it's k.but today he told me it's not done by me he suggested customer care.
So I humble request to you give me exchange for these in short dia .
So I will always caomming and suggest Titan watch.
