Nurserylive Pune - No delivery of the product

I ordered a plant from NurseryLive on **th May. It is *th August today and I have not received the plant. When write to them or query them I am always told the plant is in transit and is about to reach me. They are just scamming people and never had any intent of delivering the plant.
