I've placed an order on */**/**** online from their website https://www.touchlcdhouse.com/. After ** hrs ,the order has been placed and paid when I called them that why the item is not shipped they told that there is a price error you will get a full refund notification with in **-** hours but till now not getting the refund. Customer care also not responding. Please take appropriate action against them. Order id #******.
