Dear Sir/Mam,
I am writing this email after experiencing poor customer support from Mitashi. I purchased a Mitashi *.*Ton * Star Inverter Split AC on **th Jan **** from Amazon. Last year in September ****, the AC stopped cooling due to some gas leakage issues in the indoor unit. Then I registered a complaint and they did repair the indoor unit (coil). They also assure that '' Sir if the gas leaks again we will replace the indoor unit rather than repairing it again'.
So, a few days ago I booked a regular AC service for the company. The customer executives visited on *th April and found that the AC is not cooling due the gas leakage issue again. So, they didn't service the AC and advised me to raise the complaint regarding the gas leakage issue. They also took the visit charge of Rs.***.
Then, I filed a complaint the same day and also told them this issue had also happened before. I requested them that I want my indoor unit to be replaced completely as I don't want to face the issue again and again. Then he told me that Sir one of our executives will be in touch with you within the next ** hrs.
Now it's been more than ** days I didn't receive any call or support. Also, I called the customer care number many times and they told the same thing every time that sir we're raising the issue again to our team.
So, it's a request to please look into the matter and do the needful to your valuable customer. I hope i will get a favourable response. Please find the attached invoice and warranty card.
