Umang Bagla filed complaint against Mitashi on Aug 31, 2019
I ordered a Mitashi ** L Direct Cool Single Door refrigirator from Flipart on **th August ****. The said was delivered to be on **th August **** and when connected the same it was not showing any Power or working at all. Immediately i placed a request for Return and was told that i will be given Replacement. I moved ahead with the same and was told a Technician Will visit on **st August **** to my location and authorise the replacement request. The seller did not make any call or visit to my location and cancelled the request saying to perform some actions which he did not even inform or mail. I again approached Flipkart Customer Care on call and was told that my request for return will be done and updated in ** hours. i do not want this product any further. please provide me solution.
