Sudhir Mishra filed complaint against Xiaomi mi on Apr 25, 2024
for x pro tv purchase, at mi website/app, my bank's credit card was not accepted for "no cost EMI" even though the bank was listed in the list of banks offering "no cost emi" so I had to pay in full using the same card incurring a loss on interest saving. After a number of complaints, xiaomi is asking me to coordinate with the bank when Xiaomi itself didn't allow card to avail "no cost EMI". By tha way Bank's reply - It is Xiaomi's problem as other websites accepted the same card for "no cost EMI".
