Abhay Sood filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 30, 2017
I would like to bring to everybody's notice that makemytrip/airasia has no consideration for time of their customers and no value of their money leave aside empathy or responsibility towards their customers.
We are * passengers who traveled with airasia on **st december **** from bangalore to chandigarh. we had booked a return flight for **dec ****(nf**************).
On **th morning, due to a medical emergency we had to reschedule our flight to *rd january and we had raised a request ** hours ago(*:**pm on **th december) before the flights timings for next day - **th december **** at * pm!!!
the customer care was unavailable as when tried calling we were continuously put on hold. all we have received are mails that our customer care shall get back to you soon which did not happen!!!
with medical emergency at hand we could not patiently wait for the customer care to wake up from their deep slumber to get back to us nor could we keep retrying so that they pick our calls atleast once!
all we wanted is to reschedule our flights to different dates for which we were willing to pay the extra price associated and now since the morning we are being told that we are late in rescheduling!! Imagine trying to manage things when we are stressed out and still being told that the fault is ours!!!
should we leave the patient at hand and keep trying to call your customer care so that you people pick the phone atleast once so that our flight be rescheduled?
do you think we have ample time and money?
dont you realise it's your responsibility to do your duty in a proper manner? If we had raised a request **hrs ago are you people blind to see our timely request and still have the guts to tell us that we are late to raise it? Seriously, this is how you treat your customers!!! This is what you mean by "valuable" customers???

how makemytrip looted our money now!!! I wish rather than following the procedure we too had directly contacted the airlines instead of these looters!
after we received the post above from @airasia when we contacted the airlines, they said makemytrip had contacted them * hours before the flight had to leave.
we had contacted mmt **hours ago. the proof is attached below. these makemytrip people returned only rs. **** as refund instead of *****:( *****- cancellation charges ).
whose mistake is it? ours that we trusted and misunderstood mmt to make the process easier for us in our hour of need?
it's because of your carelessness that we lost our money, wasted our time and have been stressed in already stressful situation.
we feel cheated and would request people to share it as much as possible so that the world gets to know how lousy the customer care service of mmt is and after they commit mistakes this is the way they provide solutions.
the customer care recently acknowledged the fact that it was their fault yet no refund only useless apologies!!!
