Self - No connection for 6 hours for 5 days

Hi Team,
It's been patient waiting for the issue to resolve with my connection for past * months and this week it was real agony with every day past * days internet goes off and restores by evening *pm.
Everyday by ** AM I get internet disconnected and I raise complaint in middle of office call connected to a mobile network but no resolution provided until evening *pm.
It automatically gets resolved as temporary fix and internet starts working. This is repeated for * days and monthly from * months. This is real pain and agony whenever I seek permission from office to work from home.
I can show all tickets raised and time spent
