I booked a online ticket for shivneri bus from dadar east to Pune Bremen chowk for **th Jan *.** pm bus . i paid through Paytm from my account and the amount got debited . unfortunately ticket was not generated .
i again thought i will book and booked through credit card and agin Rs *** got debited with service charges , but ticket was not booked . so in this way i lost ****.** from my account and there is not refund as well .
please note ref number : upi credited account number is ************.
credit card ref number is *************** dated **th jan ****
