YOGESH KUMAR filed complaint against Independent Tv on May 3, 2019
I purchased an Independent TV dish in Feb **** approx at the time of purchase from a local vendor. He assured that I will get all channels free of cost for * year including HD channels. However, no HD channels were shown on the first day. After a few days, the screen showing the error of no signal (error code ***). I repeatedly called the customer care from **.**.**** to till date however, they always give their pre-made replies like your complaint will be resolved within **-** hours, or system not working currently. Interesting thing is that the original cost of setup box was Rs.**** approx, however, I was asked to pay Rs.****/- and he didn't provide any bill. Further, I asked the customer care to let me know the process for lodging complain against this however they said no complaint can be filed in this case. Worst service provider ever come across in my life.
