Byjus ias - No cancellation of Course

I m a student purchased Byjus IAS programme for Clearing UPSC as my goal with some discussion with family.
The material came all by the day after i paid **** registration fees and make documentary procedure.
( After the all material reached home the trial period of ** days started)
After ** days i got a financial issue and my family got Sick and i was too got sick and cant able to attend the Lectures.
Now the situation turned at a level that we got to face a financial loss and loosed our most of the Savings.
Till now **th day was over to discuss about cancelling the Course.
I immediately called my councellor at **th day and Filed a cancellation request to Byjus on **th day on Emails.
Since that day i m trying to convince them i dont have any position to pay your Course fees and. It was just the starting of course i purchased the Course for * years it were just ** days.
Since **th day i m telling them my problem and they denying to cancel the course and saying you should pay the fees even theirs severe causality in your Family. I literally ask them too keep the Registration fees **** and cancel my course but they deny and saying what ever the situation you have to pay the First Installment i.e. * Aug **** my forst installment of Course.

Now I m getting calls from the Bank Finance that i should pay the money also adding to this they are saying if werent capable why you purchased the course and they are also charging the Penalty to bank account from which Installments are registered at * times for one bounce because their is No adequate money in that Account
My Mom was very sick in that period and this guys were trying to inculcate us to pay the Fees Installments.
I m feeling guilty because i forced my parents to take the course because i know Byjus is good but now they are showing true colors by not cancelling the program.
I m aslo a College student and we are unable to pay my college fees.
I m asking You to please help me with this Situation because my family is too in brink of mental issue due to Money problem.
